Customer Services Assistant – Defence (Contracted Role)

Are you a team player with a passion for food and people? Do you thrive in a busy environment?

If so, then we are looking for someone like you to deliver exceptional customer experience for Defence in a full-time role, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

Important Note: This role is contracted to 50.2 weeks per year.


About the Role

As a Customer Services Assistant, you will work in a passionate, friendly team within a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to grow with a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards those who go the extra mile—even in the kitchen.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing delicious, high-quality food that wows clients and customers
  • Creating attractive food and counter displays
  • Representing Defence, maintaining a positive brand image
  • Handling cash and operating the cash register
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Adhering to Health & Safety regulations

We’re seeking a Customer Services Assistant with:
