Seasonal Customer Service Assistant Coventry

Contract & Rates

  • Contract: Fixed Term (FTC), 15 hours per week
  • Hourly Rate: £13.45 (incl. holiday pay) – total £15.07/hour
  • Hours: Varied shifts, 6am – 9pm

About the Role

Vita Student’s premium apartment design delivers luxury, comfort, and lifestyle for summer guests. We seek a Seasonal Customer Service Assistant to ensure an exceptional home-from-home experience through exceptional hospitality and proactive guest service.


Responsibilities

Front-of-House & Guest Relations

  • Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and vibrant attitude.
  • Handle check-ins/check-outs efficiently, anticipating guest needs.
  • Provide local attraction recommendations and direcly support enquiries.
  • Address issues proactively to solve problems and uphold guest satisfaction.

Administrative & Facilities Management

  • Manage room reservations, payments, invoices, and billing accuracy.
  • Survey communal areas (4–6 hour block walks) and report findings.
  • Abrahaming guest amenities (coffee, tea, refreshments, vending) stock levels.
  • Maintain premium site standards:
    • Deep cleanliness of communal areas.
    • Waste management compliance with health/safety protocols.

** Requirements**

Experience

Professional background in:

  • Customer service with a track record in premium hospitality.
  • Note: While cleanliness is essential, we seek individuals with proactive and attentive service skills—not formal cleaning qualifications.

Technological Proficiency

Experience with various technology systems essential.
