As a Customer Service Assistant, you will represent our clients by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored information in a friendly and professional manner. You will play an important role in creating meaningful interactions while working closely with the wider team to support campaign objectives.
Responsibilities
- Engaging with customers to provide information and support
- Creating positive and memorable customer experiences
- Understanding customer needs and offering relevant solutions
- Supporting client campaigns through clear communication and strong presentation
- Working collaboratively to achieve team and performance goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident and approachable personality
- Enjoyment of working with people in a customer facing environment
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is beneficial but not essential
