Customer Service Assistant
Specsavers. A household name and a Highstreet staple. And you could be part of the team.
As a Customer Service Hearcare Assistant at Specsavers, you’ll be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including all aspects of audiology administration including NHS forms, dealing with calls and general queries, updating & filing records, and managing appointments. The aim is to provide a top-notch administrative service that will support the store’s success.

- Part time - 24 hours per week (Thursday, Friday and Saturday)
- up to £12.91 an hour

What we’re looking for?
If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as Call Centre Assistant. These include:
- Previous admin/call centre/reception experience
- Working in a busy enviornment
- Customer service experience
