Customer Service Assistant - Cleaning
Part-Time Cleaner (Defence, Government & Facilities) – 25 Hours Per Week
We’re currently recruiting a part-time Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams within the Defence sector, working 25 hours per week. As part of our dedicated Cleaning and Facilities teams, you’ll play a key role in maintaining safe, hygienic environments for our clients and customers.

Shift Pattern
Your schedule will follow a predictable morning shift routine, typically:
- Monday to Friday: Mornings (Saturday & Sunday will remain non-working days for this role.)
Note: This role runs for 50.2 weeks per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside our cleaning and facilities teams to ensure all environments remain safe, hygienic, and professional for clients and customers
- Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
- Regularly sanitising surfaces, floors, windows, and other high-touch areas
- Responding quickly and efficiently to spillages or unscheduled cleaning needs
- Emptying and disposing of waste in appropriate Bin bags and recycling streams
- Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies to maintain efficiency

Required Skills & Attributes
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail—critical for maintaining high standards
- Enjoy a hands-on, physical role where consistency and thoroughness matter
- Previous cleaning experience (not essential, but highly beneficial where possible)
- Flexible approach to work, able to adapt to urgent tasks and varied duties as needed
