One O One Convenience Stores is the retail division of The Scotsman Group with 46 retail Convenience Stores in Glasgow, East Kilbride, and Edinburgh. We are the Largest independent Convenience Store chain in Scotland. Our stores are at the heart of our local communities, and stock a range of alcohol, tobacco, and fresh food products.
We are looking for experienced and talented Customer Service Assistant/Delivery Driver to join our Store, Maryhill

The Role
As a Customer Service Assistant/ Delivery Driver, your role will include:
- To pick, prepare and deliver home delivery orders.
- Providing excellent customer service to the customer.
- Ensure the store is fully stocked, labelled, and well merchandised.
- To comply with all company policies and process.
- To ensure the store achieve their KPIs such as sales, payroll, and targets.
- Ensure your cash preparation is completed as per the company procedures.

The Person
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- A minimum of 3 years driving experience and no more than 6 points on your licence.
- Be able to pick, prepare, load the van, and deliver orders across all times of the day from 6am till 10pm.
- The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication, be able to use a smart phone/ tablet and home delivery app.
