As a Customer Service Assistant (Games Host), you will be responsible for running our skill games whilst delivering excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring that they have as much fun as possible playing our games!

Person Specification:
Great customer service, communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality Honest, reliable and a responsible individual with strong work ethic Are able to offer good availability on weekdays and weekends (including bank holidays) Be able to follow instructions and comply with all company standards Have reliable transportation - due to the location of the site
