Key Accountabilities

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service: ✅ Resolving customer queries quickly and professionally via telephone and email. ✅ Ensuring every interaction leaves a friendly and positive impression.

  • Accurate order processing: ✅ Managing customer information and orders with precision using the SAP system. ✅ Maintaining high attention to detail in all tasks.

  • Building strong customer relationships: ✅ Actively engaging with key accounts to enhance their experience. ✅ Ensuring a smooth, well-coordinated interaction for every customer.

  • Meeting key departmental KPIs: ✅ Order accuracy, minimising input errors, and efficient call handling. ✅ Consistently delivering high-performance standards.

  • Driving efficiency and innovation: ✅ Collaborating in a team to improve processes and boost service quality. ✅ Introducing creative solutions for better productivity.

  • Reporting and internal support: ✅ Generating clear, well-structured reports as needed. ✅ Acting as a key point of contact for Business Development, Marketing, Finance, and Sales.

You’ll also need to work flexibly and adapt to other reasonable duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience

We’re looking for:

  • A-level equivalent or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, such as: 🔹 Customer Service, 🔹 Call/Contact Centre environments.
  • Familiarity with data input techniques.
