Customer Service Assistant/Driver
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and confident, customer facing, individual, who enjoys variety in their day-to-day tasks. You will be joining a long-standing team here at PK Motors, where everyone is a part of the family.
The Role
- Predominantly responsible for carrying out handovers of customers vehicles and courtesy vehicles, both onsite and at customers home addresses
- Expected to carry out detailed damage check reports and gather relevant information to the specific job
- Spotting any potential upsell opportunities
- May also be required to carry out other tasks outside of this role, such as cleaning customers vehicles pre and post repairs, readying courtesy vehicles for the customers, assisting onsite with general housekeeping tasks, and so on

Ideal Candidate
- Well presented and confident individual with a passion for excellent customer service
- Previous customer service experience would be an advantage
- Ability to work as part of a team, but also be proactive when working on your own
- Being computer literate is essential, as your day-to-day tasks will involve the use of an android tablet and windows software
- Must be over the age of 25 and hold a Full UK driving license with no infringements (A licence check will be required for our records)
- Required to carry out a DBS check prior to employment

The Benefits
- 40-hour contract Monday to Friday
- Hourly rate £10.42, with any hours worked over 40 to be paid at time plus half
- 25 days holiday plus 8 compulsory bank holidays
