Customer Service Associate - 1st Shift
Educational requirements: High school diploma or GED; advanced computer skills, including working knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel; and 2 to 4 years of related work experience.
Reports to: Customer Service Manager.
Primary job responsibility: Purchase Order processing, Work Order Generation, support customers in providing updates to active orders and late shipments.
Essential functions of the position:
- Accepts, processes, and tracks sales orders;
- Coordinates and shares order and product status to ensure on-time delivery.
- With support from the Customer Service Manager, provides updates to inquiries on delivery times and product availability where appropriate;
- Maintains customer files and other documentation;
- Other related functions as needed.
