Job: Customer Service Associate Job Description: Customer Services Associate Location: Partington, Manchester, M31 4QN Salary: Competitive Contract: Full time, permanent Shift: 40 hours a week between the hours of 08:30 - 17.00, Monday to Friday Benefits: 25 days holiday a year, plus bank holidays, Company pension, free onsite parking, a choice of shifts within office hours and an option to trade holidays. About the role Putting the customer at the heart of what we do is paramount to our business. You will be working for one of the leading recycling & waste management providers in the UK, a part of one of the biggest paper manufactures in Europe. You will be leading our customer experience from the front facilitating customer requests, support and general enquiries from order booking to invoicing. The role provides an end-to-end experience for our customers, and you will champion this experience through knowledge, dedication and passion. As part of the role, you will also deal directly with contractors and 3rd party service providers. All of your customer and contractor interactions will be done through phone and email and you will be fully trained on our in-house bespoke systems and processes. In addition to this as our Customer Services Associate you will be responsible for: Achieving day-to-day operational targets as set by the Customer Services Manager and Team Leader, ensuring your daily workload is completed on time and accurately Follow up on customer interactions Organise workflows to meet customer timeframes Address customer questions about new and existing services and co-ordinate Saica Natur’s response accordingly through collaboration with Saica stakeholders and its sub-contractors Work in close collaboration with National Account Managers to create a sense of team, ensuring NAC customer queries and requests are responded to quickly within the agreed customer SLAs Undertake any other duties as requested by your line manager in accordance with the scope and the responsibilities of the role To apply for this opportunity, you will need: Proficient in all Microsoft packages Excellent Verbal and written communication skills Strong team player Keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn about paper and waste material grades Site operates a strict no drugs and alcohol policy.
