Join our dynamic team, where we're passionate about brewing excellent coffee and sharing the delightful world of Argentinean empanadas! As a tightly-knit, multicultural crew, we're dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our customers. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Customer Service - Barista.

In this pivotal role, you will embody the essence of our brand, infusing each customer interaction with exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your efforts will leave a lasting impression, ensuring customers return for more delicious experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking orders and serving a variety of food and drinks.
  • Crafting and brewing excellent coffee with attention to detail.
  • Ensuring the customer experience is consistently maintained at the highest standard.
  • Adhering strictly to food safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Willingness to work across our Wimbledon and Wandsworth shops as needed.
  • Most importantly, a genuine love for empanadas and a passion for providing outstanding service!
