We're looking for a Customer Service & Bookings Coordinator to join our growing team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, coordinating bookings and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

The Role

As a Customer Service & Bookings Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries and coordinating bookings using Parker's internal booking systems. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally, efficiently and with a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries and booking requests through internal systems
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email and online chat
  • Liaise with customers, chauffeurs, travel agents, corporate clients and internal teams
  • Gather and accurately record booking details
  • Provide information on services, vehicle options, coverage areas and pricing
  • Process and confirm reservations in line with company procedures
  • Coordinate bookings to maximise service efficiency and vehicle utilisation
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Follow up on enquiries and customer requests where required
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle customer information responsibly
  • Report any system or operational issues that may impact service delivery

No industry experience required – full training provided

Previous experience in customer service, administration, scheduling, reservations or a similar role would be advantageous but is not essential.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shift pattern covering hours between 8:00am and 10:00pm
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts is required
