About The Role

As a Call Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our end users, providing essential support across a broad range of services. From coordinating bookings and handling calls to managing administration and liaising with stakeholders, no two days will be the same.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team working at the heart of operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support via call handling and service coordination
  • Raise and manage job requests and reports
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, conferences, and vehicle bookings

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience working in a call centre or fast-paced customer service environment
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A keen eye for detail and strong administrative skills
  • A team-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering results

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
