Customer Service Coordinator
Telford office based Monday - Thursday
Hourly pay rate £13.50
Initially 1 year contract

Job Role / Details
- Provide sub-contract quotes to customers
- Manage and prioritise customer orders and communicate status
- Answer customer queries and relay information
- Release Service Orders to suppliers for outsource work
- Liaise with logistics to verify order progress
- Monitor job turnaround time to ensure customer SLA is met
- Update internal system notes for individual jobs
- Generate requisitions, purchase orders and overall scheduling
- Review supplier quotes and order confirmation status to ensure orders meet customer timescale
- Ensure all daily administration is completed accurately and in the time required

To Be Considered For This Role You MUST
- Be able to work in a fast-moving office environment
- Exceptionally focused and detail-oriented
- Understand purchasing and customer service process
- Have advanced IT skills
- Be an excellent verbal & written communicator
- Have strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
- Be able to learn quickly
- Have previous work experience in office-based customer service job
