We are currently seeking a Customer Service Co-ordinator to support the installation and servicing of company-owned equipment at customer sites and to act as a key link between customers and the business.
This role combines hands-on, customer-facing activity with coordination and communication, ensuring service standards are met and customer relationships are maintained in line with our customer commitment.
The role
As a Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining company property at customer locations, while providing a high standard of customer service and communication.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Measuring and installing new customer accounts, renewals, and additions, including garment pre-fitting
- Servicing towel cabinets and other rental equipment in line with company standards
- Loading and unloading vehicles and placing items in designated areas at customer sites
- Carrying out stock checks as requested
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with customers
- Identifying opportunities to expand the business and reporting these to management
- Liaising closely with the Customer Service department and supporting the wider team where required
- Undertaking ad-hoc duties as required to support operational and customer service needs
