An exciting opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and commercially minded individual to join a busy and growing team in a fast-paced coordination role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, building strong working relationships, and ensuring orders are delivered efficiently from enquiry through to completion. Working closely with customers and suppliers, you'll play a key role in all coordinating requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage enquiries and requests from customer accounts.
- Process orders and quotations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure deadlines and service expectations are met.
- Monitor ongoing projects on an ad hoc basis.
- Resolve issues efficiently and escalate where appropriate.
- Support account performance through accurate reporting and administration.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure all records and systems are maintained accurately.

About You
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Experience in sales support, account coordination, administration, or customer account management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
