About The Role
The DS Smith customer service team are a dynamic and vibrant mix of professionals who focus on delivering the sales strategy, goals, and performance whilst working to delight our customers by showcasing our sustainable and innovative packaging solutions—the customer service team are the face of our business and our biggest ambassadors!

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated individual to join the UK Packaging Division as a Customer Service Co-ordinator. As a natural ‘people-person’, you will thrive in networking with existing and potential customers to support the administrative process for our Devizes site, serving as our point of call for our customer base.
Working closely with Sales and Site teams across the business, organisation and exceptional attention to detail are vital. You’ll ensure all process information and reporting, both internally and customer-facing, is accurate and updated as needed.

This role is a central part of our site team, handling diverse information. Being able to interact with various stakeholders and internal partners is key—a no two days are the same! You’ll also liaison directly with customers, making it a perfect role for someone who enjoys being a people-person.

About You
- Relevant customer-facing experience—ideally within a B2B or B2C environment
- Ability to work independently while building strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Computer literate, particularly with Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, etc.)

Location
This is a full-time role, based in our site in Devizes, Monday to Friday with working hours 9am–5pm.
