Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end customer order process from order entry through to delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact.
  • Coordinate export shipments and work closely with Freight Forwarders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare and manage export documentation, including customs and shipping paperwork.
  • Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates, delays, or issues to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Production and Logistics teams to achieve On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery performance.

About You

  • Previous experience in customer service, customer operations, or order management within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy across all aspects of your work.
  • Able to effectively manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach, with the confidence to identify issues, resolve challenges, and drive positive outcomes.
  • Positive, adaptable, and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and continuous improvement.
  • If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working collaboratively with peers and problem solving, we want to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
