About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to join our Customer Services team in Yorkshire. This role primarily supports the department with critical administrative responsibilities, working closely with the coordination team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely data input into the customer service operating system
  • Issue Miller Homes documentation as and when required to assist homeowners with understanding and utilising their new properties
  • Manage all incoming communications (calls, messages, emails, and texts) efficiently within set timescales, recording responses promptly on the system
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and dignified demeanour when dealing with:
    • Customers
    • Internal/external colleagues
    • Subcontractors
    • Aligned with Miller Homes’ core values, even in pressured environments

  • Proven experience in a customer services role, preferably within Housebuilding, Property, or Construction
  • Ability to provide clear and accurate written or numerical reports when necessary
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—demonstrating confidence in interactions
  • Computer literacy, with proficient skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent administrative abilities
