Customer Service Coordinator – Manchester Office
We’re excited to welcome an Customer Service Coordinator to our vibrant Rapport team at our client’s Manchester office. In this key role, you’ll support a Fortune Global 500 company known for its culture of innovation and excellence.
You’ll be at the heart of day-to-day operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Contract & Compensation
- Contract Type: Part-time, Permanent
- Hours: 32 per week (Tues–Thurs, with optional flexible Monday or Friday availability to meet business needs)
- Salary: £22,500 per annum

Main Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Engagement
- Provide a warm welcome and assist guests in meetings
- Maintain high service standards
- Build strong client relationships

Operational Support
- Ensure smooth daily operations
- Conduct floor walks and audits
- Proactively take on ad hoc duties and projects

Technology & Event Support
- Oversee full event process for onsite events
- Use in-house event management system
- Work closely with on-site teams to prepare and manage events, including:
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Addressing equipment problems

Health, Safety & Compliance
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Adhere to company/site policies
- Undergo Fire Warden and First Aid training

Space & Occupancy Management
- Capture occupancy data
- Conduct daily census
- Support space utilisation initiatives

Flexibility & Collaboration
- Adapt to changing tasks
- Work closely with client and team
Requirements
The ideal candidate will:

- Maintain a professional, polite, and considerate manner at all times
- Adhere to presentation standards as per the dress code policy
- Discuss any training needs or requests with your manager
- Work as part of the team:
- Listen to and take/give instructions from senior team and colleagues
- Ensure all daily tasks are completed
- Participate in the cross-training program
- Covers all areas of the department
- Attend individual and group training sessions as required
