The Role: Customer Service Coordinator (Full Time, 8.30am–5pm)

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in customer service and develop commercial and business skills within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As part of our Customer Service Team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while collaborating across sales, production, and logistics. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of business activities, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys learning, building relationships, and taking on challenges.

What We’re Looking For

Esential Criteria

  • A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team.
  • Professional attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks and customer enquiries.
  • Resilience and composure in a busy environment.
