Location: Milton Keynes, Vistry Northern Home Counties ** theology**

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As our Customer Service Coordinator, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with customers, partners, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure all customer service cases are completed quickly and efficiently while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage customer concerns via telephone or email.
  • Coordinate contractors for addressing snagging or defects in our homes.
  • Ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues, including remedial works, aiming for completion within a 28-day period wherever possible.
  • Foster an environment where in-person collaboration and team culture thrive, while maintaining flexibility where feasible.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills

  • Experience working for a residential house builder, particularly in a customer-facing role.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, similar environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle complaints professionally.
  • Patience, composure under pressure, and adaptability.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making expertise.
  • A polite, tactful, yet assertive attitude.
  • Collaborative teamworker.


Key Responsibilities

As Customer Service Coordinator, you will:

  • Respond to customer queries via email or phone while maintaining prospect and efficient service, adhering to SLA guidelines to ensure a positive customer journey.
  • Delegate instructions to subcontractors and follow up to expedite remedial and defect resolutions.
  • Track outstanding customer service cases and take effective action to resolve issues within agreed timeframes.
  • Proactively build strong relationships with internal departments across Vistry Northern.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases for seamless tracking and reporting.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Customer Service KPIs as per company requirements.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety protocols to maintain a secure organisation wide.
