About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As our Customer Service Coordinator, you will:
- Collaborate closely with customers, partners, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure all customer service cases are completed quickly and efficiently while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage customer concerns via telephone or email.
- Coordinate contractors for addressing snagging or defects in our homes.
- Ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues, including remedial works, aiming for completion within a 28-day period wherever possible.
- Foster an environment where in-person collaboration and team culture thrive, while maintaining flexibility where feasible.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills
- Experience working for a residential house builder, particularly in a customer-facing role.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, similar environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle complaints professionally.
- Patience, composure under pressure, and adaptability.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making expertise.
- A polite, tactful, yet assertive attitude.
- Collaborative teamworker.
Key Responsibilities
As Customer Service Coordinator, you will:
- Respond to customer queries via email or phone while maintaining prospect and efficient service, adhering to SLA guidelines to ensure a positive customer journey.
- Delegate instructions to subcontractors and follow up to expedite remedial and defect resolutions.
- Track outstanding customer service cases and take effective action to resolve issues within agreed timeframes.
- Proactively build strong relationships with internal departments across Vistry Northern.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases for seamless tracking and reporting.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Customer Service KPIs as per company requirements.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety protocols to maintain a secure organisation wide.
