Customer Service Delivery Specialist – Corby, Northants
Location: Corby, Northants
Salary: £28,000–£30,000 p.a.
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00)

The Role
Customer Service Delivery Specialist
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring service excellence? We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused individual to join our team in Corby as a Customer Service Delivery Specialist.
In this role, you’ll act as the key link between customers, internal teams, and operational functions, ensuring service commitments are met while driving continuous improvements in satisfaction and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships as the primary point of contact for service-related queries.
- Monitor service performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Investigate and professionally resolve customer issues with efficiency.
- Coordinate with operational and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Analyse service data to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Produrate customer reports and communicate performance updates.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and customer projects.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, service delivery, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, especially with Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or outsourcing environments is advantageous (though not essential).
