About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Engineer to join our dynamic team at Global Highland Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's broadband infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security. The Network Engineer will play a crucial part in supporting the company's mission to expand ultrafast connectivity to rural and underserved areas. Qualifications

The successful candidate should have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in network design, deployment, and troubleshooting within a telecommunications environment is essential. Certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable. Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and security best practices is required. Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are key attributes for this role. Familiarity with fiber optic networks and experience working in rural or challenging environments will be considered advantageous.
