Who we are

From personal leasing for individual customers through to managing entire fleets for some of the UK's best-known brands. At Novuna Vehicle Solutions We're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification. From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our vehicle leasing customers, providing a professional and positive experience across phone and email channels. You'll support customers with a wide range of queries, using your problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach to deliver effective solutions. You'll benefit from comprehensive training and access to industry-leading development programmes, giving you the knowledge to succeed.

Your first month will be based in our Newbury office, where you'll take part in a structured onboarding programme designed to build your expertise, develop key skills, and introduce you to Novuna's culture and ways of working. Following this initial training period, you'll move to a hybrid working model, spending 50% of your time in the office and the remainder working remotely.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service across phone and email channels, ensuring every interaction is professional, positive, and customer-focused
  • Take ownership of customer enquiries, resolving issues efficiently and striving to achieve first-contact resolution wherever possible
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing clear communication, guidance, and support throughout their journey
  • Work closely with specialist teams to ensure complex queries are handled effectively and customers receive the best possible outcome

With a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach, you enjoy taking ownership of enquiries and seeing them through to a successful resolution, ensuring customers receive timely and effective support.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You

  • Have a friendly, professional communication style and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with a wide range of customers
  • Are confident using IT systems and technology, with the ability to quickly learn new processes and tools
  • Show initiative, take ownership of your work, and can effectively manage tasks both independently and as part of a team
