Customer Service Executive – Motorstore (Wigan)
About the Role
We’re looking for Customer Service Executives who will help deliver an outstanding customer experience at our Motorstore in Wigan. Your mission? To make customers fall in love with our vehicles.
At Arnold Clark, you’ll be a Product Genius—an in-branch expert devoted to mastering our products and enhancing customer engagement. Whether guiding potential buyers through enquiries, test drives, or sales, your role spans the entire journey—from start to finish and beyond. Supported by a cohesive team and strong management, you’ll thrive here by leveraging your enthusiasm, communication skills, and passion for cars.
An ideal fit for someone eager to learn, as we offer extensive training. But we need candidates with drive, teamwork, and a desire to grow into car sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Prep work – Readying showrooms and vehicles for daily operations
- Showroom maintenance – Ensuring presentation and internal/external advertising stays on-point
- Customer service – Assisting the Sales team and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Test drive coordination – Organising and accompanying customers throughout test drives
- Product knowledge – Deepening understanding of our vehicles and manufacturers to provide seamless guidance
- Customer journey enhancement – Catering to every stage—from first enquiry to delivery and beyond

Essential Requirements
- Passionate about cars and eager to expand your knowledge
- Exceptional communicator—positive, proactive, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Full UK driving licence (essential for duties involving test drives)
- Strong desire for career progression into car sales at Arnold Clark

Work Schedule
⚠ This is a customer-facing retail role:
- Five-day work week (included weekends) on a rotating schedule
- 38-hour weekly commitment
