Customer Service & Order Processing Executive - Dental Supplies
Location
Croydon, Surrey (Office Based)
Salary
Up to £30,000 + Up to 20% KPI Bonus
Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (flexibility available where required)

Key responsibilities:
- Process customer orders received via telephone, email, website, CRM systems, and other communication channels
- Manage customer enquiries relating to orders, product availability, deliveries, and account information
- Ensure order accuracy and maintain high service standards throughout the customer journey
- Coordinate deliveries using both third-party carriers and internal delivery resources
- Proactively contact customers to confirm delivery schedules and provide updates where required
- Maintain accurate CRM records and capture valuable customer insights
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions to support business growth
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure orders are dispatched efficiently and customer expectations are exceeded
Requirements
About You
We're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, positivity, and a genuine passion for customer service.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, or administration
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Confidence using CRM, order processing, or business systems
- The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused approach
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
