Customer Service Executives – Edinburgh MG/OMODA/JAECOO Branch (Seafield)

We’re currently looking for Customer Service Executives to create an outstanding customer experience in our Edinburgh branch and help customers get excited about our products.

Hours

You’ll work a five-day week on a set rota, including weekends (38 hours per week).


About The Role

At Arnold Clark, you’ll be known as a Product Genius, but your role focuses on the customer experience. Our Product Geniuses are our in-branch experts who develop expertise in our products, communication skills, and the full sales journey—from enquiry to sale to delivery and beyond. You’ll operate as part of a cohesive team, supported by the management across the branch.

This position typically serves as a stepping stone for candidates aiming to progress into car sales.


Day-to-Day Duties

  • Welcoming customers, demonstrating vehicles, and ensuring a vibrant showroom environment
  • Assisting with showroom presentation and advertising
  • Supporting the Sales department to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Organising and accompanying customers on test drives
  • Swotting up on our vehicles and manufacturer specifications
  • Developing product knowledge to help customers find the right fit
  • Ensuring a cheerful, consistent customer journey from enquiry to delivery

Essential Skills

  • A confident communicator, proving that a positive attitude delivers great outcomes
  • Willingness to go the extra mile
  • A full UK driving licence (work-related)
  • Flexibility to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Commitment to progression within the company, with a future career path into car sales
