Hours
- Five-day week, including weekends, on a set rota (38 hours per week)

Your responsibilities span the entire sales journey—from initial enquiry and test drives to final delivery—and beyond. As a team player, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues while thriving with autonomy.

Day-to-Day Duties
- Preparing the branch: Showroom and vehicle presentation for each day
- Customer support: Assisting the Sales team and delivering outstanding service
- Test drive coordination for prospective buyers
- Product knowledge upskilling: Deep understanding of vehicles, manufacturers, and how to match needs to perfect solutions
- Enriching the customer journey from inquiry through delivery
Essential Skills
- Confidence and communication: A positive mindset drives excellent outcomes
- Willingness to go beyond expectations
- Full UK driving licence required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Drive for progression: Commitment to increasing responsibilities into car sales
