Wholesale Customer Service Executive (German-speaking, DACH region)
Reebok is hiring a Wholesale Customer Service Executive (German-speaking) to join its London-based team in managing B2B customer service operations across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The role involves wholesale order management, product allocation, shipment coordination, and customer communication in a dynamic, international setting.
The Role
In this position, you’ll oversee day-to-day wholesale customer service tasks, ensuring seamless order processing, on-time delivery, and high customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Logistics, and Operations, to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Product Allocation & Logistics Coordination
- Support order allocation and liaise with warehouses to ensure efficient fulfillment and dispatch
Customer Communication
- Track orders and shipments, updating customers on delivery timelines, delays, or changes
- Maintain proactive communication to enhance customer satisfaction
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Logistics, and Operations teams to resolve issues and refine processes
Performance Monitoring
- Assist in tracking KPIs, such as fulfillment rates, delays, and customer satisfaction
- Identify and recommend process improvements
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in wholesale operations and customer service
- Fluent German writing and speaking (DACH region proficiency essential)
- Strong understanding of order processing, logistics, and after-sales support
- Exceptional customer-facing communication with a service-oriented mindset
- Highly organized, meticulous, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and order management software
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to remain calm under pressure
