Our client, a rapidly growing SaaS organisation based in Epsom, is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and making a real impact on the customer journey.
The Role
As a Customer Service Executive, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive outstanding support throughout their experience with the platform. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you'll help clients get the most value from the service while contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients
- Assisting customers with platform navigation and best practice usage
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Building strong, positive relationships with customers
- Delivering a consistently professional and high-quality service experience
- Contributing to a customer-first culture focused on excellence
