Customer Service Executives – Arnold Clark (Motorstore, Burton)

We’re currently looking for Customer Service Executives to create an outstanding customer experience in our Motorstore in Burton and help customers get excited about our products.

Hours

You’ll work a five-day week on a set rota (including weekends), totalling 38 hours per week.


About the Role

At Arnold Clark, you’ll be known as a Product Genius, but your role centres on delivering outstanding customer experience.

What It Involves

Our Product Geniuses are in-branch experts who:

  • Develop deep product knowledge and sharp communication skills (both in-person and digitally).
  • Guide customers through the entire sales journey—from enquiry to sale to delivery—and beyond.
  • Work as part of a supportive team, with full management backing.

This role is ideal for a customer service superstar with fresh ideas for creating exceptional experiences. You’ll receive extensive training, but we’re looking for candidates eager to learn, collaborate, and progress into car sales.


Day-to-Day Duties

  • Preparing the showroom and vehicles for the day
  • Assisting with showroom presentation and advertising
  • Supporting the Sales team and ensuring exceptional customer experience
  • Organising and accompanying customers on test drives
  • Conducting research on vehicles and manufacturers
  • Learning product details to help customers find the perfect fit
  • Enhancing the customer journey from enquiry to delivery

Essential Skills & Requirements
