Location: Eastbourne
Salary: £27,000–£28,000 (depending on experience) (Plus monthly commission scheme) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be supporting existing customers throughout their insurance journey, ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful and delivers a positive experience.

You'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Processing policy amendments, and general servicing requests
- Providing accurate information about customers' insurance policies
- Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Building strong relationships through excellent customer service
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA regulations and company procedures
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction
