Job Description
Location: Hamworthy/Poole
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
We are looking for a friendly and organised person to join our office team in a customer service role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants a steady, office-based position. This is a permanent office based role within a well-established and successful business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Speaking with customers by phone and email
- Helping prepare quotes and process orders
- Keeping track of customer requests and following up where needed
- Supporting the wider customer service team with day-to-day tasks
- Keeping records accurate and up to date

This is a customer service and co-ordination role – no cold calling or direct sales.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Comfortable speaking to people and providing good customer service
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
- Able to work well as part of a team
No specialist product knowledge is required – full training will be provided.

Hours
Mon-Fri 9-5pm, 37.5 hours/week

Holiday

As this is a salaried, permanent non-sales role, we pay a competitive salary, but no commission – if you are looking for a commission-based sales role, this is not the role for you.
