As a Customer Service Apprentice for Bodystreet, you will use your customer service skills to help clients achieve their fitness goals. Most of your apprenticeship is spent working, with hands-on, on-the-job experience.
Requirements
- GCSEs in Maths and English (grade 4) are desirable.
- Other relevant qualifications and industry experience can be shared and may adjust the apprenticeship.
- Organisation skills
- Physical fitness
- Customer care skills
- Attention to detail
- A real interest and perhaps some experience in sport/fitness, hospitality, or retail sectors.
Responsibilities
- Involved in all areas of the business after training.
- Helping with new client engagement.
- Demonstrating the unique Bodystreet workout.
- Delivering bespoke workout sessions to clients.
- Talking to enquirers about Bodystreet.
- Booking trial sessions.
- Mucking in with all studio details, including cleaning.
