Customer Service & Logistics Co-ordinator (UK Market)

Location: Chiswick (Hybrid)

About the Role

Things move quickly here—and that’s exactly how you like to work!

Orders are coming in, deliveries need tracking, queries require quick resolution, and customers depend on you to keep everything running smoothly.

If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy solving problems on the fly, and love being at the heart of operations—this role is made for you.

Responsibilities

You’ll play a central role in the UK supply chain experience, ensuring:

  • Customers remain informed and systems stay accurate
  • Service performance improves in key areas

Day-to-day, your focus will include:

  • Processing UK sales orders, sample orders, rebookings, and delivery queries
  • Managing stock shortages: applying reason codes, conducting root cause analysis, and communicating effectively with customers
  • Overseeing claims and returns: handling trackers, pending reports, and stock loss reporting with key partners
  • Producing weekly service performance reports (month-to-date/year-to-date) for KPI tracking and leadership visibility
  • Collaborating with our 3PL partner and internal teams to resolve delivery delays efficiently
  • Conducting end-of-month checks to guarantee data accuracy and robust reporting

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Challenges decisively when needed—whether escalating issues, pushing for clarifications, or advocating for solutions
  • Works well in a team with a collaborative mindset, supportive of colleagues and always willing to step in

While experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics, or FMCG is an advantage, we’re also open to transferable skills from fast-paced environments where you’ve managed stock, customers, or tight deadlines.
