Role Overview

This Supply Chain Administrator role supplies excellent customer experience within a global manufacturing setting. We deliver excellence in Science to Customers and Operations, fostering a supportive culture for our People.


Core Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team to drive delivery of excellent customer service and achieve commercial business objectives
  • Receive and process customer orders in line with commercial terms and conditions
  • Manage and process import/export licenses for API customer orders, adhering to Home Office regulations
  • Communicate with the Home Office regarding license status
  • Ensure customers provide a valid, up-to-date operating licence for order fulfilment
  • Track and coordinate product supply for orders within the next three months
  • Communicate order delays to customers with revised timelines
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely manner; liaise with relevant stakeholders as needed
  • Manage customer complaints by escalating them through the Quality department until resolution
  • Support new customer onboarding
  • Attend customer business review meetings where scheduled
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to advise on outbound orders for the next month
