Role Overview
This Supply Chain Administrator role supplies excellent customer experience within a global manufacturing setting. We deliver excellence in Science to Customers and Operations, fostering a supportive culture for our People.
Core Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to drive delivery of excellent customer service and achieve commercial business objectives
- Receive and process customer orders in line with commercial terms and conditions
- Manage and process import/export licenses for API customer orders, adhering to Home Office regulations
- Communicate with the Home Office regarding license status
- Ensure customers provide a valid, up-to-date operating licence for order fulfilment
- Track and coordinate product supply for orders within the next three months
- Communicate order delays to customers with revised timelines
- Respond to customer queries in a timely manner; liaise with relevant stakeholders as needed
- Manage customer complaints by escalating them through the Quality department until resolution
- Support new customer onboarding
- Attend customer business review meetings where scheduled
- Collaborate with logistics partners to advise on outbound orders for the next month

Qualifications
Required
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong administration skills
Preferred
- Knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, Export Logistics and ERP systems
