About The Role
We are seeking a high-performing Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team at Morrisons. This pivotal role is integral to our mission of delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting the continued growth of our business. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to prioritize customer satisfaction at every touchpoint. You will work closely with the Store Manager and other department leaders to ensure operational excellence, maintain market-leading product availability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing talent within your team, driving performance, and ensuring that Morrisons remains a trusted and preferred shopping destination for our customers.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service management role within retail or a related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to analyze performance data and implement strategies for improvement.
- Knowledge of retail operations, stock management, and health & safety standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and peak periods.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the customer service team to ensure the delivery of outstanding service standards across the store.
- Actively listen to customer feedback, respond effectively, and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure high levels of product availability and stock accuracy to meet customer demands.
- Collaborate with other department managers to create a supportive, performance-driven environment.
- Manage all people routines, including scheduling, absence management, performance reviews, and talent development.
- Design and deliver training programs to equip colleagues with the skills and confidence needed for their roles.
- Identify high-potential team members and support their career development within the organization.
- Maintain a safe and compliant shopping environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Support store initiatives aimed at increasing sales, improving efficiency, and enhancing the customer experience.
