If so, NSL have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our Customer Service team, responsible for providing an essential interface with the local Council, Stakeholders and public.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Customer Service Supervisor in the implementation and maintenance of quality systems ensuring that best practice is identified and disseminated throughout the operation
- Responsible for the processing, maintaining and updating of all calls, permits and notices
- Ensuring customer enquiries are handled quickly and efficiently
- Dealing with public enquiries and complaints in verbal and written form
- Advising the public on payment/appeal methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.

What You’ll Need
- Ability to work well in a team and independently when necessary
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Focus on issue resolution and maximising customer satisfaction
- High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office, including, word excel and outlook
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administrative skills
