If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service coupled with strong communication skills, this could be your ideal role. You’ll be building rapport and trust with our private banking customers and providing them with a seamless and positive experience. In return, you'll be working in a supportive environment with opportunities to advance your personal and career development. We're always here for our customers so you'll need to be flexible in working a rotating shift pattern.

This is a hybrid role so after successful training, you'll work mainly from home with an expectation for you to go into the office every Tuesday to connect with your team.

This job does not meet Skilled Worker visa sponsorship requirements.

What you'll do

We’re looking for someone who can put the customer at the heart of everything they do. You’ll be their first point of contact, so it’s vital that you deliver outstanding service, every time. Day-to-day, you’ll be:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
