What’s the Role?
We are looking for a fluent Norwegian speaker to join the team as a Customer Service Account Manager. In this role, you won't just be answering tickets—you will be the main point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of customers, building real, long-term relationships. You will guide customers through their entire lifecycle, handle complex queries from start to finish, and balance great service with business goals. If you love solving problems, analysing account trends, and helping people, you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Be the friendly, expert face of the company for your accounts, keeping customer satisfaction and retention high.
- Lifecycle Support: Manage orders, renewals, pricing, and system access to ensure zero service interruptions.
- Problem Solving: Take total ownership of tricky customer queries, digging into root causes and teaming up with finance or sales to fix them.
- Data & Strategy: Analyse account data and trends to spot opportunities, mitigate risks, and provide smart recommendations to customers.
- Collaboration: Keep things running smoothly by hitting your response targets (SLAs) and sharing ideas to improve how we work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
