Job role: Customer Success Executive

Location: Melton (Near Hull, East Yorkshire)

RS Safety Solutions is going through an exciting period of growth and due to this we are seeking to expand our Customer Success team here in Melton, therefore we are interested in talking with experienced customer service professionals looking for their next adventure!


What you will be doing:

  • Providing excellent customer service with a high emphasis on communication.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction by supplying problem-solving resources.
  • Proactively managing customer orders in a correct and timely manner.
  • Demonstrating and promoting excellent customer service through effective communications.
  • Collaborating with the team and business on daily and continuous improvements.
  • Completing daily routines and ensuring deadlines are met on time.
  • Dealing with delivery disputes, raising customer returns, and handling invoice queries.

  • Experience within a customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a busy environment.
  • Strong team player.
  • A desire to look for opportunities to improve and collaborate.
  • Computer literate.
