Join us as a Customer Service Personal Banker in Grimsby

You’ll play a crucial role in guiding and supporting our valued branch customers, helping them achieve their financial goals.

We’ll support your progress by providing a Foundation Certificate in Responsible Banking and comprehensive training. Note: This role does not meet Skilled Worker visa sponsorship requirements. This position is offered for a 12-month period.


What You’ll Do

As the first point of contact in our branches, our customers will be at the centre of your role. You’ll focus on delivering outstanding service in every interaction, working with high accuracy to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Initiate proactive conversations by understanding customer needs and assisting with their banking demands.
  • Process general banking requests, including payments, balance enquiries, and transfers.
  • Educate customers on the various banking methods available and the range of services we offer.
  • Identify opportunities to assist customers with simple financial products and collaborate across teams to create a seamless experience.

What We Offer

You’ll start on a competitive salary of £27,090 (pro rata based on hours worked).

Key Working Arrangements

You’ll join a flexible network where our colleagues are dedicated to customer support. Your working hours will typically align with branch opening times (typically 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, plus rotational Saturdays) and may include bank holidays.
