Customer Service Personal Banker - Warrington (Part-Time)

You’ll be integral in guiding and supporting our valued branch customers, helping them to achieve their financial goals.

We’ll look to you to proactively find ways to continually enhance our customer banking experience, and we’ll support you with:

  • Achieving a Foundation Certificate in Responsible Banking
  • Full on-the-job training

What You’ll Do

As the first point of contact in our branches, you’ll be the face of outstanding customer service in every interaction. With a focus on accuracy and seamless experience, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging in proactive conversations to understand and fulfil our customers’ banking needs
  • Processing general banking requests, including:
    • Payments
    • Balance enquiries
    • Transfers
  • Answering queries on various banking methods and service offerings
  • Identifying opportunities to assist customers with financial products
  • Collaborating with teams to ensure a ** seamless customer experience**

How We’ll Reward You

  • Base salary: £27,090 pro rata (for 21 hours/week)

What Else You Need to Know

Working Pattern

This role requires part-time work (21 hours/week) with flexible hours, typically:

  • Monday to Friday: 9am–2pm (with potential overlap on a rotational basis on Saturdays)
  • Includes some bank holidays
