Enterprise Mobility – Support Assistant, Damage Recovery (Victoria Road, Aldershot)

To enhance customer service and increase mobility options, we’re hiring for the Damage Recovery department.
Location
Victoria Road, Aldershot, GU11 1EJ
Hours
Monday to Friday, between 8:00–18:00 (Shift options: 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00).
Salary
£26,450.00
Start Date
July/August
About The Role
The Damage Recovery department recovers vehicle damage costs for the UK & Ireland. You’ll collaborate closely with branches, handling direct enquiries from customers while liaising with managers and other departments to investigate damage claims.

As a Support Assistant, you’ll serve as a critical point of contact for customers, guiding claims through to resolution. With training and support, you’ll develop expertise in:
- Customer service
- Negotiation
- Debt recovery
- Administrative processes
- Basic litigation workflows
