Customer Service Planner
Subscriber Installation Planner – Critical Role
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Subscriber Installation Planner to support our installation operations. You’ll play a key role in coordinating schedules, keeping appointments on track, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone keen to develop in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do
- Plan and schedule installation workloads to maximise efficiency
- Coordinate appointments and support customer bookings
- Work closely with Field Line Managers to resolve scheduling issues
- Provide administrative support to keep operations running smoothly
- Help identify and resolve potential issues before they impact service
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service focus
- Confident using computers and willing to learn new systems
- Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Good organisational and communication skills
