Regulatory Specialist

We are looking for a Regulatory Specialist to join our team to manage compliance of product information that meet regulations both locally and internationally.
Working as part of the Customer Services Team, within Supply Chain, you will manage the receipt of customer orders and progress their completion through the order fulfillment cycle, whilst providing support to interrelated functions including Purchasing, Planning, Transport & Distribution, Commercial and Site Administration duties.
What you’ll do:
- Receive, verify accuracy and enter customer orders, liaise with Planning and confirm delivery dates with customers
- Your customer portfolio will consist of European and English language speaking customers
- Manage customer enquiries, resolve queries, source and provide information
- Interrogate data systems and generate reports for management reporting
- Take ownership of your orders, monitor WIP and champion your OTIF completion
- Work closely with Supply Chain Departments to provide daily support and absence cover when required
- Using Microsoft Excel on a daily basis, to track order progress and analyse data
- Office based in Milton Keynes and willing to travel to EU sister office locations

What you’ll bring:
- Good secondary education or business degree
- Experience in Customer Service, Planning or Supply Chain
- Numerate and familiar with ERP systems
- Fluent in English and one European Language
- Excellent organizational, communication and administrative skills
- Export experience would be advantageous
