Customer Service Representative - Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire
Contribute to an organisation that is the home to some of petrochemicals most innovative and cutting-edge operations, with three world-scale acetyls plants producing acetic acid, acetic anhydride, and ethyl acetate. We are the largest producers of acetic acid and acetic anhydride in Europe and the second largest producer of acetic acid globally. It doesn’t end there; INEOS Acetyls are also largest producer of ethyl acetate in Europe and one of the major producers globally.
The whole chain of chemicals production is managed in Hull, from research to manufacturing, logistics and sales. Our customer service function is core to our Commercial operations, and we would like you to be part of this exciting journey.

About The Opportunity
Offering amazing customer service is part of our special chemistry. Customer Service is critical to competing effectively and at INEOS customer service is very much a team sport. Our Customer Service Representatives are the main contact between our customers and the business, providing support and managing orders from order acceptance to delivery.
You’ll be responsible for proactively managing the relationship between our customers and the business, managing expectations as well as the financial aspects of the account too.

About You
We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated and enjoy going that extra mile and have experience in providing optimum client account management. You’ll need to have experience in Customer Services role and be confident communicating in English and fluent in German.
As a self-starter, you should be a confident communicator who can build great working relationship. You’ll be able to manage multiple priorities, with very little prompting and guidance.
