Skinnydip London is looking for a full-time Store & Customer Service Representative to join us at our Camden location.
About the Role
This hybrid role blends the best of retail and customer service, offering you the chance to become an expert in our products while providing top-tier support to our customers across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Delivering outstanding customer service in-store and online, ensuring every customer interaction is memorable
- Providing knowledgeable, honest, and tailored product advice to help customers find exactly what they need
- Maintaining high visual merchandising and store standards to create an inviting shopping environment
- Managing stock efficiently: receiving deliveries, processing returns/refunds, and rotating inventory
- Handling sales transactions confidently and accurately on the till
- Assisting customers via email and live chat, resolving queries related to orders, refunds, and logistics
- Keeping up-to-date with Skinnydip’s latest products, promotions, and brand news
- Supporting the wider team with store cleanliness, merchandising, and daily operations
- Navigating multiple IT systems with ease to provide smooth service

- Confidence in communicating clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, as part of a 30-hour weekly schedule
